2种方案治疗女性生殖道人乳头状瘤病毒感染的成本-效果分析

目的：探讨不同用药方案治疗女性生殖道人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）感染的经济效果。方法：将临床186例HPV检测阳性,宫颈组织学检查证实为宫颈炎、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）Ⅰ级患者,随机分为94例采用纯中药制剂治糜灵栓治疗组（A组）和92例采用重组人干扰素α-2α栓（淑润栓）治疗组（B组）,并对2种方案进行成本—效果分析。结果：A、B组成本分别为222.32元、566.84元（P〈0.05）;总有效率分别为93.6%、93.5%（P〉0.05）;成本—效果比分别为2.38、6.06。结论：治疗女性生殖道人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）感染A方案较佳。

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of 2 Therapeutic Schemes for Human Papillomaviral Infection

OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the economic effectiveness of Chinese traditional medicine ZMLS versus IFN - α - 2a in the treatment of female patients with vaginal and cervical human papillomaviral infection （HPV）. METHODS： A total 186 patients with HPV infection evidenced by positive HPV DNA who were confirmed as having cervicitis and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） （at Ⅰ stage） were enrolled： 94 （Group A = treatment group） were randomly assigned to receive ZMLS intravaginal suppository, a Chinese traditional medicine, and another 92 （Group B = control gorup） to receive IFN - α - 2αintravaginal suppository. Cost - effectiveness of the 2 schemes was analyzed. RESULTS： The cost of Group A was 222.32 yuan versus 566.84 yuan of Group B （P 〈 0.05）; the effective rates of the 2 gToups were 93.6% and 93.5% （P 〉 0.05） respectively. The cost- effectiveness ratios of the 2 groups were 2.38 and 6.06, respectively. CONCLUSION： Scheme A was better than Scheme B in the treatment of female patients with vaginal and cervical HPV infection.
