| 摘 要： | 目的:研究天麻不同种质DNA指纹图谱,探讨扩增酶切片段长度多态性(AFLP)、简单序列重复(SSR)分子遗传标记技术在天麻遗传变异分析上的应用。方法:采用AFLP、SSR及其聚类树对24份不同天麻种质材料的遗传多样性等进行分析,并对这2种分子标记进行比较。结果:检测到AFLP多态性44%-89%、SSR多态性15%-69%;AFLP聚类相似性系数0.56-0.98,SSR聚类相似性系数0.13-1.00。2种分子标记将天麻变型种质聚类划分的结果相近,但SSR能将野生天麻聚在一类。结论:天麻不同种质AFLP多态性高于天麻SSR,SSR对野生天麻有较强的区分能力。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: The DNA fingerprints on different gemplasms in Gastrodieae elata Bl.genetic were studied for using in diversity of Gastrodieae elata Bl.Methods: Heredity diversities and Genetic Similarity in 24 different gemplasms of Gastrodieae elata Bl.were analyzed based on AFLP and microsatellite(SSR) markers.Both AFLP and SSR were compared.Results: Percentage of polymorphic AFLP bands was 44%-89%.Percentage of polymorphic SSR bands was 15%-69%.Genetic Similarity of AFLP was 0.56-0.98,Genetic Similarity of SSR was 0.13-1.00.Both AFLP and SSR were similar on taxon of Gastrodieae elata Bl.,but wild Gastrodieae elata gather of the same class.Conclusion: Polymorphic AFLP of Gastrodieae elata was exceed polymorphic SSR of Gastrodieae elata Bl..Wild Gastrodieae elata was discriminated by capacity of SSR. |
