阑尾肿瘤的外科手术治疗

目的探讨阑尾肿瘤的临床特点、诊断及治疗要点。方法对我院25例经病理证实为阑尾肿瘤的患者采取手术治疗,观察其疗效并比较治疗前后的生活质量评分。结果治疗后患者的生活质量评分有明显提高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗的有效率为76.0%;随访时间5~7年,死亡3例。结论对于有可疑症状的患者,应加以重视,术中怀疑病变时立即送检,以确定正确的术式,降低患者术后复发率和延长生存期。

Surgical treatment of appendix tumor

Objective To discuss the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of appendix tumor.Methods The appendix tumors confirmed by pathological examination were operated in 25 cases,and the efficacy was evaluated and scores of their life quality had been evaluated before and after treatment.Results The scores of their life quality had been markedly improved after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The result of follow-up for 5-7 years showed its efficacious rate was 76.0% and three cases died.Conclusion It is important to pay attention to patients with suspicious symptoms,and the suspected lesions should immediately be submitted to pathological examination in order to determine the correct surgical method,thus reducing recurrence rate and getting longer survival time.
