| 摘 要： | 目的：对UF1000i联合尿干化学法检测红白细胞的一致性及影响因素进行研究。方法：采用尿干化学法联合UF1000i、DiaSys R/S 2003尿沉渣定量检测1000例门诊患者的尿红、白细胞,并对其一致性及影响因素进行了比较。结果：UF1000i定量分析与干化学法红白细胞检测阳性结果的符合率高于DiaSys R/S 2003沉渣定量与干化学法,而且2种尿沉渣定量分析方法与干化学红白细胞检测阳性结果的符合率受尿液中红白细胞数量的影响。结论：UF1000i定量分析优于DiaSys R/S 2003尿沉渣定量,是目前最为理想的尿红白细胞计数平台。 |
