浅谈普通外科研究生临床技能的培养

医学研究生的培养数量在逐渐增加,在数量增加的同时,研究生的培养质量问题应引起人们足够的重视。普通外科研究生教育是培养高层次普通外科医师的主要途径,其临床阶段的能力培养,对普通外科医师乃至整个外科系统医师的培养都具有重要的意义。本文就重视思想教育,理顺各种关系,加强临床基本技能及临床思维能力的培养等方面进行论述。

Clinical Skill Cultivation of Postgraduates Majoring in General Surgery

The number of medical postgraduates is gradually growing,and at the same time,more attention should be paid to the quality of cultivation.The education of general surgery postgraduates is the main path to cultivating highly-level doctors of general surgery.The clinical skill cultivation of the postgraduates has great significance not only to the cultivation of general surgery doctors but also to the cultivation of doctors of surgery at large.We propose attaching importance to educational ideology,coordinating all the relationships,and strengthening cultivation of basic clinical skills and clinical thinking.
