| 摘 要： | 目的探讨everStick高强度纤维在桩核中的临床应用效果。方法选择需桩核修复的病人63例，随机分成2组，A组30例用纤维桩核，B组33例用金属铸造桩核，观察A、B两组操作难易程度及门诊椅位时间。结果A组所费椅位时间较B组短，病人的复诊次数也少1—2次。结论everStick高强度纤维有着生物相容性好、美观、操作简便、适应证广等优点，值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects of everStick high-strength glass fibers posts. Method 63 patients needing prosthodontic treatment with posts were divided into two groups randomly.30 patients in group A were restored with everStick glass fibers post, and 33 patients in group B were restored with casting metal post. Group A and B in the chairtime and complexity were compared. Result The chairtime of group A was shorter than group B. Conclusion The everStick high-strength glass fibers is worth of promoting in prosthodentics, because of its nice biologic property,natural aesthetic,easy to be used and widely application. |
