| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频探头彩超诊断急性阑尾炎的应用。方法采用回顾性分析的方法 ,分析我院收治的急性阑尾炎患者的影像学资料。结果彩超诊断结果与手术探查结果无显著性差异,P〉0.05,120例急性阑尾炎患者的准确率为117例（97.5%）,误诊率为1例（0.8%）,漏诊率为2例（1.7%）。结论高频探头彩超诊断急性阑尾炎的准确率较高,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the application of diagnosis acute appendicitis by high frequency probe color doppler.Methods To retrospective analyze the imageology data of acute appendicitis patients in our hospital.Results The results of color doppler diagnosis and operation exploration were no difference,P〉0.05,the accurate rate of 120 cases acute appendicitis patients was 117 cases（97.5%）,misdiagnosis rate was 1 case（0.8%）,rate of missed diagnosis was 2 cases（1.7%）.Conclusion The accurate rate of acute appendicitis by high frequency probe color doppler,which was to be used. |
