| 华蟾素配合TACE治疗肝癌的临床观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的观察肝癌栓塞化疗联合华蟾素治疗的临床效果。方法采用已确诊的原发性肝癌236例，随机分为两组，A组采用肝癌栓塞化疗+华蟾素治疗。B组仅作栓塞化疗。 结果A组有效率、1、2、3年生存率均高于B组。自然杀伤细胞（NK）活性、T细胞亚群数值在治疗后B组明显下降，而A组较治疗前提高。结论肝动脉化疗栓塞联合华蟾素治疗肝癌，能提高疗效，改善机体免疫力，是治疗中晚期肝癌较理想的方法。 |
