静脉复合麻醉下肾穿刺活检术患儿的护理干预

目的：探讨静脉复合麻醉下肾穿刺活检术患儿的护理干预。方法：术前、术中及术后采用系统的护理干预措施。术前指导患儿进行一系列检查，做好对患儿和患儿家长有针对性的与肾活检检查相关的卫生宣教及心理护理，协助做好术前准备。术中协助息儿摆好穿刺体位，配合医师进行操作，并密切观察静脉复合麻醉后患儿的生命体征。术后注意观察患儿的生命体征、病情变化及有无并发症，并做好体位、饮食等方面护理干预。结果：35例静脉复合麻醉下肾活检患儿穿刺成功率为100％。其中7例患儿在术后1-7d内出现肉眼血尿，2例尿潴留，1例临床表现为剧烈的腰腹部疼痛，其他患儿只有轻微的腰痛、腹胀。经常规处理后，术后2～10d上述表现均消失。结论：系统的护理干预，可以保证静脉复合麻醉下肾活检的顺利进行，对预防及减少并发症，增加患儿术后舒适度起到了重要作用。静脉复合麻醉下的。肾穿刺活检术对肾脏疾病的患儿是一项安全可靠的检查手段。

Nursing intervention on percutaneous renal biopsy under basal anesthesia in children

Objective： To evaluate the effect of systemic nursing intervention on pereutaneous renal biopsy under basal anesthesia in children. Methods： A serial of preoperative, operative and postoperative nursing intervention were performed. Preoperative nursing eonsistited of instructing patients to accept preoperative examination, sanitation edueation and mental care about pereutaneous renal biopsy, operative nursing included assisting patients to take appropriate posture to assort operation, and close observing patients vital signs, postoperative nursing comprised closed observation patients vital signs, change of eondition, complications, body position and diet care. Results ： The successful rate of percutaneous renal biopsy under basal anesthesia was 100% in 35 eases patients. Only slight lumbago and abdominal distention was appeared in majority postoperative patients, however severe lumbago and bellyache was found in 1 patient, and gross hematuria was found in 7 patients on postoperative 1 - 7day, urinary retention was found in 2 patients. The complications were released 2 - 10 days after routine treatment. Conclusion： systemic nursing intervention was help for success of peroutaneous renal biopsy under basal anesthesia in children, and prevention complications.
