午酉时穴位贴敷对冠心病心绞痛患者的影响

目的:探讨午酉时穴位贴敷对冠心病心绞痛患者的影响。方法:根据冠心病心绞痛阳虚血瘀证的病理特点及《子午流注针法》指出十二正经(及所配属脏腑)各有值时,正常时在值时的经脉上表现着气血生旺的特殊功能的理论,采用午酉时穴位贴敷(治疗组)与传统的穴位贴敷(对照组)进行疗效比较。结果:午酉时穴位贴敷组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论:午酉时穴位贴敷对发扬中医时间治疗学以及提高冠心病心绞痛患者的生存质量具有重要意义,为冠心病心绞痛患者的中医时间护理提供依据,为社区推广传统中医奠定基础。

The effect of Wu You Time point application therapy on the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris

Objective：To recovery and improve the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease and body function.Methods：According to Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of angina pectoris pathological characteristics and ＂Ziwu Liuzhu needling method＂ pointed out that the twelve meridians（and associated viscera） each have duration,the normal duration at the meridian on the performance of vigorous Qi and Blood special function theory.To compare the effect of Wu You Time point application therapy（treatment group） and traditional application therapy（control group）.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than control group.Conclusion：Effect of Wu You Time point application therapy on developing Chinese traditional therapeutics of time and improve the quality of life of patients with angina pectoris is important,as patients with angina pectoris by traditional Chinese medicine nursing time provides the basis for traditional Chinese medicine,community health promotion foundation.
