循证护理对急诊留观患者心理的影响

目的:探讨循证护理对急诊留观患者心理的影响。方法:选择2011年5～12月我院收治的急诊留观患者73例,将其随机分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=36)。观察组患者采用循证护理方法;对照组患者采用传统护理方法。两组患者经护理后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS),抑郁自评量表(SDS)及埃森克个性问卷(EPQ)进行调查,比较两组患者留观后的心理变化。结果:观察组患者经循证护理后,其焦虑得分和抑郁得分均明显降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EPQ评分除内向性指标外,其余指标均较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊留观患者均存在不同程度的心理问题,循证护理可以改善急诊留观患者的心理状况,值得临床推广。

Effect of evidence - based nursing in emergencY observation patients with psychological.

Objective ：To diacuss the psychological effects for emergency patients by evidence - based nursing. Methods： Selected 73 cases who observed in emergency department in our hospital from May to December in 2011 ,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group have 37 patients, selected the evidence- based nursing method, control group have 36 patients, treated by traditional nursing, investigated SAS, SDS, EPQ scale of two group patients in hospital , and compared the the psychological change of two groups patients before and after the left view. Results： The observation group treated by evidence -based nursing,the anxiety and depression seores were significantly lower,and compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. In addition to EPQ score, the remainifig indexes were significantly improved, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The emergency patients had mental problems of different degrees, evidence - based nursing could improve the psychological status of emergency patients, promot for clinical recommendations.
