原发性中枢神经系统弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤8例病理和临床分析

目的探讨原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤(PCNSL)的病理形态学特点,并探讨其与临床表现之间的联系。方法整理8例PCNSL的临床表现和影像学改变,利用免疫组化明确其具体病理类型,总结形态学特点与临床·86·表现的关系。结果8例的临床表现各异,病变多发生在灰白质交界的额叶、颞叶等部位,影像学为低密度灶。病理类型均为弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL),一例为血管内生长的特殊亚型。结论按照WHO新版淋巴瘤分类,多数淋巴瘤为侵袭性的DLBCL,其临床表现多样与其发生部位有关,病理学是诊断的重要方法。

A study of 8 primary central nervous system lymphoma cases into their pathology features and relevance with clinical manifestations

Objective Investigate the morphological features of PCNSL and the relation with clinical manifestation. Methods Clinical and radiological data of 8 cases with PCNSL were collected.Pathology classification was accorded to the recent WHO classification of lymphoma with the aid of immunohistochemistry staining.The morphological features and its relation with clinical symptoms were summarized. Results The symptom of each case was diverse respectively.Most tumors located in the frontal and temporal lobes.The tumors showed isodense or hyperdense radiological changes in CT.All 8 cases were DLBCL type.One was a special variant which arose in the introvascular. Conclusion According to the new WHO classification,most lymphomas are sorted as the aggressive DLBCL.The symptoms vary as a result of mass location.The way to make a definite diagnosis is pathology biopsy.
