绝育术后盆腔痛患者血浆、腹腔液中甾体激素与前列腺素相关性研究

本文测定绝育术后盆腔痛患者44例、输卵管绝育术后行输卵管复通术11例和正常妇女15例血浆与腹腔液中的甾体激素及前列腺素水平。结果发现:血中E_2与PGF_(2α)呈明显正相关,与TXB_2呈负相关,而P则与PGF_(2α)呈明显负相关;腹腔液中E_2与PGF_(2α)、TXB_2呈负相关。盆腔痛患者,包括异位症、无明显病变盆腔痛和盆腔静脉瘀血症3组的某种PG水平高于其他组。结果表明:血与腹腔液中PGs受甾体激素的影响,绝育术后慢性盆腔痛与PGs有关。

Relationship between Steroids and Prostaglandins in Plasma and Peritoneal fluid Collected from Women with Pelvic Pain after Sterilization

Estradiol (E_2), Progesterone (P), PG-F_(2α), PGE, 6-keto-PGF_(1α) and TXB_2 levels in plasma and peritoneal fluid were determined in 44 women with pelvic pain after tubal ligation, 11 undergoing reversal and 15 with normal pelvis. The E_2 and PGF_(2α) in plasma were markedly positive relationship, E_2 and TXB_2 were negative relationship, while P and PGF_(2α) in plasma were markedly negative relationship, and the E_2 and PGF_(2α) TXB_2 levels in peritoneal fluid negative relationship. The PGF_(2α) 6-keto-PGF_(1α) levels in peri- toneal fluid collected from women with endometriosis and pelvic congestion were significan- tly higher than those with others. 6-keto-PGF_(1α) levels in patients with non-obvious pa- thologic pelvic pain were higher than those in others. It is concluded that PGs might be influenced by steroid, and there is relationship between the pelvic pain and PGs.
