三明市职业病防治工作现状与对策

目的探讨三明市在职业病防治工作中存在的问题与对策。方法收集各类急性职业中毒事故的调查资料，对三明市卫生统计报告的职业病卫生统计资料进行回顾性分析。结果三明市职业病防治形势严峻，该市接触职业病危害因素职工74175人，截止2006年，急慢性职业病患者3539例，疑似职业病患者3000多例。建设项目职业卫生审查和评价率低，职业病诊断工作难度大，职业病防治联动监管机制尚未形成。结论加大职业卫生监督执法力度，强化与安监、工会等部门的工作协调机制，严格执行建设项目“三同时”审查制度，加大对职业病防治工作的投入，健全和完善社会保障体系。

Current Status of the Occupational Disease Prevention Work and Relevant Countermeasurs

[ Objective] To explore the problems and countermeasures in the work of occupational disease control and prevention in Sanming city. [ Methods ] Investigation data of all sorts of acute occupational poisoning was collected ; retrospective analysis was made on the hygienic statistical data of the occupational diseases in the hygienic statistical reports of Sanming City. [ Results ] The situation of local occupational disease control and prevention was proved to be quite serious with 74 175 works exposed to occupational disease hazardous elements ; 3539 cases of acute or chronic occupational diseases and over 3000 suspected patients were detected by the end of 2006; the occupational prevention system is expected to be established. [ Conclusion ] The occupational hygienic supervision work should be strengthened ; coordination should be improved between the departments of safety surveillance and the workers＇union; social protection system is expected to be perfected.
