海昆肾喜胶囊对维持性血液透析患者脂质代谢及微炎症状态的影响

目的探讨海昆肾喜胶囊对维持性血液透析患者脂质代谢及微炎症状态的影响。方法选择2010年4月至2010年6月我院维持性血液透析患者40例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各20例。选择30名健康体检者为正常组。治疗组和对照组均行规律血液透析及常规药物治疗，治疗组加用海昆肾喜胶囊，每天3次，每次2粒，疗程2个月。检测3组治疗前、后血红蛋白（Hb）、血浆白蛋白（Alb）、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子a（TNFa）和24h尿量，并进行比较。结果与治疗前相比，治疗组治疗后Alb、尿量升高，TC、TG、血清hs—CRP、TNF-α、IL-6降低（P〈0．05）；治疗后，治疗组Alb、尿量较对照组升高，TC、TG、血清hs—CRP、TNF-α、IL-6较对照组降低（P〈0．05）。结论海昆肾喜胶囊可调节脂质代谢，改善微炎症状态，从而有效改善维持性血液透析患者的生存质量。

Effect of Haikun Shenxi capsule on lipid metabolism and microinflammation in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the effect of Haikun Shenxi capsule on lipid metabolism and mieroinflammation in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Forty maintenance hemodialy- sis patients were randomly assigned to the treated group and the control group. Patients in both groups underwent hemodialysis regularly and routine therapy, meanwhile, Haikun Shenxi capsule were additio- lally given to the patients in the treated group orally,2 months as I treatment course. 30 healthy per- sons were as normal group. Hemoglobin（Hb）, albumin（Alb）, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）. low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）. high sensitivity C reactive protein（hs-CRP）, inter- leukin-6（IL-6） .tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）and 24h urine volume in 3 groups were observed. Re- suits Alb and 24h urine volume in treated group were higer after treatment, TC.TG.hs-CRP. TNF-α.IL-6 were lower after treatment（P〈0. 05）; Alb and 24h urine volume in treated group were higer than in control group , TC.TG, hs-CRP, TNF-α,IL-6 were lower than in control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Disorder of lipid metabolisom and microinflammation reaction exists popularly in maintenance hemodialyis patients, Haikun Shenxi capsule can positively regulate lipid metabolisom and effectively improve microinflammation reaction.
