摘    要:目的 建立Conners教师评定量表(TRS)的广西壮族儿童常模并检验其信度和效度。方法 在广西壮族居住较密集的城市及县份采集抽样4~16岁壮族儿童3 3 2 8例(男173 9例,女15 89例) ,平均10 .45岁。由教师填写TRS。结果 分半信度、内在一致性信度良好。量表与Conners父母症状问卷的各分量表有显著的相关。采用相关法将TRS各因子分与总分做相关分析,结果显示各因子分与总分相关(P均<0 .0 1) ,差异具有高度显著性(P均<0 .0 1)。结论 Conners教师用评定量表适用于广西壮族儿童多动症的评估。

Abstract:Objective To set up the norm for Zhuang children in Guangxi based on Cooners Teacher Rating Scale (TRS) and to test its reliability and validity. Methods 3,328 cases of samples (boy: 1,739, girl: 1,589, average age: 10.45) were collected from children aged from 4 to 16 in Zhuang densely resided cities and counties. Teachers were to fill out the TRS data. Results The semi-reliability and consistency reliability were good. There showed a significant correlation between the scale and the component scale of the Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire (PSQ). Correlation analysis of TRS factor scores and the total scores showed that there existed correlation between the factor scores and the total scores (all P<0.01) and the differences were of high significance (all P<0.01). Conclusion Conners TRS could be applied to the evaluation of children attention-deficifit/hyperactivity disorder (AD.HD).
