摘    要:
对池州市贵池区 81家餐饮业餐具消毒情况进行抽样调查 ,结果表明 ,不同类型餐馆及不同消毒方法的消毒效果不同。提示蒸汽、煮沸及电子消毒柜等设施的消毒效果优于化学药物消毒 ,街头饮食摊点消毒质量很难保证 ,是餐具消毒监督管理的难点 ,应引起重视。

Abstract:
Sample survey on sanitary situation of 81 restaurants' tablewares in Guichi district of Chizhou city were conducted. The results indicated that different restaurants, different disinfection methods had different results. Disinfection by steam, boiling and electric disinfecting machine showed better results than that by chemicals. In addition, the investigation found that the quality of mobile-restaurants along streets was difficult to guaranteed. The situation should be paid more attention to.
