| 摘 要： | 目的了解社区脑卒中发病情况，为开展防治工作提供科学依据。方法对上海市杨浦区四平社区2004年4月--2005年9月期间发病的260例脑卒中患者人户凋查和病史回顾分析。结果脑卒中的发生与年龄、性别、诸多诱因及发病先兆等有关。结论开展并普及脑卒中健康教育，采取分级预防，控制发病是社区卫生服务中心的重要工作。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand situation of stroke prevalonce in the community for providing sientific basis to carry out prevention and treatment. Method Retrospective investigation of case history were analysed in 260 cases of patients with stroke frrom Aprial of years 2004 to september of years 2005 in Shanghai Yang Pu Dis trict Si Ping Community. Results Incidance of stroke in the community was related with age and sex, several precipitating causes and related diseases. Conclusion To popularize knowledge of risk factors, precipitating causes and premonitory symptom in stroke and to take classified prevention for control of invasion should be adopted. |
