CK19和PCNA在甲状腺良恶性乳头状增生上皮中的表达

目的 探讨细胞角蛋白19(CK19)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在甲状腺良恶性乳头状增生上皮中的表达与鉴别诊断中的作用。方法 应用免疫组化EnVision二步法对15例甲状腺恶性乳头状上皮及15例甲状腺良性乳头状上皮组织进行CK19及PCNA表达,以阳性细胞所占百分比作半定量计分的依据。结果 良恶性乳头状增生上皮AB项和的平均值经t检验显示差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 联合应用CK19和PCNA,在区别甲状腺良恶性增生乳头上皮中的表达,准确率达95%以上,在鉴别诊断中有很大帮助。

Expression of CK 19 and PCNA in Benign and Malignant Epithelia of Papillary Hyperplasia of the Thytoid Gland

Objective To study the expression of CK19 and PCNA in the benign and the malignant epithelia of papillary hyperplasia of the thytoid gland and their utility in the differential diagnosis. Methods The EnVision two-step im-munohistochemical stain was used to detect expression of CK 19 and PCNA in 15 cases of benign and malignant epithelia of papillary hyperplasia of the thyroid gland, respectively. The semi-quantitative score was counted according to the per-centage of the positive cells. Results The averages of the sums of two numbers (A + B) showed significant difference (P < 0.01) by t test between the benign and malignant groups. Conclusion Because of the combined use of CK19 and PCNA, the correct rate reached more than 95% in the benign and the malignant groups and it was helpful in differential diagnosis of thyroid lesions.
