| 摘 要： | 目的观察Medpor外科种植体用于鼻整形术的临床效果及不良反应。方法2002年2月~2005年10月因各种鼻畸形就诊本院耳鼻咽喉科而要求整复的病人160例,植入Medpor外科种植体行鼻整形术,以术者、受者、第三者(受者亲朋好友)的满意度评估手术效果,并观察不良反应的发生率。结果随访145例病人,术者、受者、第三者对手术效果的平均满意率为97.9%;感染2例(1.4%),无排异、过敏反应,亦未发现其他不良反应与事件。结论Medpor外科种植体组织相容性好,性质稳定,不被吸收,用于鼻整形手术效果良好,是目前理想的鼻整形材料。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of rhinoplasty with Medpor surgical implant and the adverse effect of this method.Methods One hundred and sxity cases with nasal deformation were enrolled and received rhinoplasty with Medpor surgical implant,the rhinoplastic effects were evaluated with satisfactory rate by the doctors,patients and others(patients' relatives and friends) while the adverse effects were observed.Results One hundred forty-five cases were followed up,the mean satisfactory rate of doctors,patients and others is(97.9%).Except that 2 cases got postoperative infection,there were no rejective and allergic response and other adverse effects.Conclusion Medpor surgical implant may be an ideal implanting material for rhinoplasty due to its good histocompatibility and unabsorbable property. |
