| 摘 要： | 目的探讨旋转手法结合静脉滴注复方丹参注射液的临床疗效。方法对360例椎动脉型颈椎病患者采用旋转手法结合静脉滴注复方丹参注射液进行治疗。结果360例患者经6个月随访，治愈196例，显效146例，有效18例。结论旋转手法结合静脉滴注复方丹参注射液是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的有效方法，正确的诊断及适应证的选择是取得良好疗效的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of revolving manipulation combined with intravenous infusion of Fufang Danshen injection in treatment of patients with vertebrarteial type cervical spondylopathy. Methods 360 patients with vertebrarterial type cervical spondylopathy were treated with revolving manipulation combined with intravenous infusion of Fufang Danshen injection. Results 360 patients were followed up for 6 months, 196 of them cured, 146 with significant effectiveness and 18 with improvement. Conclusion Revolving manipulation combined with intravenous infusion of Fufang Danshen injection is effective in treatment of patients with vertebrarterial type cervical spondylopathy, and correct diagnosis and suitable indication for treatment of this disease are important for getting good curative effect. |
