老年大肠癌中survivin和P53蛋白表达及与临床病理的相关性研究

目的：探讨生存素（survivin）和P53蛋白联合表达与老年大肠癌临床病理特征的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学技术,检测90例老年大肠癌组织中survivin和P53蛋白表达。结果：90例老年大肠癌组织中survivin和P53蛋白阳性表达率分别为65.6%（59/90）和57.8%（52/90）。survivin和P53表达与老年大肠癌Dukes分期、浆膜浸润和淋巴结转移均呈正相关（P〈0.05）,P53表达与老年大肠癌组织类型相关（P〈0.05）。结论：survivin和P53表达与老年大肠癌浸润转移密切相关。联合检测其蛋白表达可作为判断老年大肠癌预后的客观指标。

Expressions of survivin and P53 in colorectal cancer and their clinicopathologic significance in elderly patients

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of survivin and p53 and their clinicopathologic significance in colorectal cancer in elderly patients.Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of survivin and P53 in 90 elderly patients with colorectal cancer.Results: The positive rates of survivin and P53 were 65.6%(59/90) and 57.8%(52/90) respectively.The expressions of survivin and p53 were positively correlated with the Dukes staging,serosa infiltration and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer(P<0.05).The expression of P53 was positively correlated with the pathological feature in colorectal cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion: These data show a correlation between the survivin and P53 expressions and the potential of invasion and metastasis in colorectal cancer.Survivin and P53 may be prognostic indicators in colorectal cancer in elderly patients.
