国产甲磺酸加替沙星片治疗泌尿生殖系统细菌性感染疗效观察

目的:以甲磺酸加替沙星片和盐酸环丙沙星片随机对照治疗轻、中度急性泌尿道/生殖道细菌感染,评价国产甲磺酸加替沙星片的疗效及安全性.方法:试验组24例患者接受甲磺酸加替沙星片200mg口服,每日2次;对照组20例接受盐酸环丙沙星片250mg,每日3次,疗程7～14天.结果:试验组和对照组痊愈率和有效率分别为87.5%、70.0%(P＞0.05)与100.0%、90.0%(P＞0.05).两组的细菌阳性率、清除率分别为87.5%、80.0%(P＞0.05)和100.0%、87.5%(P＞0.05).甲磺酸加替沙星的抗菌活性与环丙沙星、司氟沙星比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05),但与左氧氟沙星、头孢噻肟及青霉素相比差异无显著性(P＞0.05).两组不良反应发生率分别为8.3%和5.0%(P＞0.05).结论:国产甲磺酸加替沙星片治疗轻、中度急性泌尿道/生殖道细菌感染安全、高效.

A randomized comparative study on the effect of gatifloxacin and ciprofloxacin therapy in urinary tract and genital bacterial infections

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin in the treatment of urinary tract and genital bacterial infections.Methods:24 patients in study group were treated with 200 mg of gatifloxacin orally ql2hr,and 20 patients in control group were administered with 250 mg of ciprofloxacin orally q8hr for 7 days to 14 days.Results:The cure rate and the effective rate of the two groups were 87.5%,70.0% ( P >0.05) and 100.0%,90.0% ( P >0.05),respectively.The bacterial positive and eradication rates of the two groups were 87.5%?80.0% ( P >0.05) and 100.0%?87.5% ( P >0.05),respectively.Sensitivity rate of 37 bacterial strains to gatifloxacin,ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin,sipafloxacin,cefataxime and penicillin(for gonococcus) were 100.0%,86.5%,94.6%,76.5%,91.9%,100.0%,respectively.Adverse events were generally mild,and adverse events rates of the two groups were 8.3% and 5.0%,respectively.Conclusion:Gatifloxacin is an highly effective and well tolerated antibacterial agent for the treatment of urinary tract and genital bacterial infections.
