产科失血性休克产妇78例临床救治观察

目的：分析失血性休克产妇的临床特征，总结失血性休克产妇的临床治疗方法及路径。方法：选取2013年2月～2014年4月我院产科病房78例失血性休克产妇作为研究对象，对产妇临床症状予以系统观察，针对患者原发病，积极给予抗休克综合治疗措施，观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果：78例失血性休克产妇经临床综合救治后，休克均得到了有效纠正，脱离了生命危险，抢救成功率达100%。结论：针对失血性休克产妇的治疗，通过密切关注临床症状指标变化的同时，采取定向抗休克治疗，对于产妇临床救治成功率提升有着重要的作用，可有效提升产妇生命质量，值得临床推广。

Maternal obstetric uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock of 78 cases of clinical treatment

Objective:To analyze the uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock puerpera clinical characteristics, clinical treatment methods path. Methods:To select 2013 during April 2~2014 in our hospital maternity ward 78 women uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock as clinical research object, system to maternal clinical observation, according to the primary disease, patients given anti-shock comprehensive treatment measures actively, the clinical therapeutic effects were observed. Results:78 example uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock after clinical comprehensive treatment, maternal shock are effectively correct, out of danger, clinical rescue success rate of 100%. Conclusion:For uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock maternal and given the clinical symptoms of paying close attention to at the same time, can effectively improve maternal rescue success rate, improve maternal health quality, worthy of clinical promotion.
