| 摘 要： | 目的观察康复新液联合炎敌油治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期压疮的效果。方法选取42例带压疮入院患者，采用康复新液联合炎敌油治疗压疮创面，1～2次，d，观察创面愈合情况及愈合时间。结果Ⅱ期压疮平均愈合时间为（8．0±1．8）d，Ⅲ期压疮平均愈合时间为（13±2．5）d。结论康复新液联合炎敌油治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者压疮效果满意，有效率100％，疗程短，易于操作，简单方便，可优先选用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Rehabilitation new liquid combined with Yandi oil on pressure sore of Phases Ⅱ and Ⅲ in advanced cancer patients. Methods Rehabilitation new liquid combined with Yandi oil was used for pressure sore wound surface in 42 cases of hospitalized patients with advanced cancer 1-2 ttimes/d,and observed wound healing and healing time. Results The healing time of Phase II pressure sore was（8.0 ± 1.8）d,and that of Phase III pressure sore, （ 13 ± 2.5 ）d. Conclusion The treatment of pressure sore of advanced cancer patients with rehabilitation new liquid combined with Yandi oil shows a satisfactory effect,with the efficient rate of 100% and short therapy course, and it is easy to operate. |
