| 摘 要： | 肠瘘、胰瘘是腹部外科手术后常见的严重并发症。采用全肠外营养和肠内营养，治疗肠瘘、胰瘘２３例，给患者提供维持生命的所需营养，并给予有效的护理，提高了患者生活质量，缩短了住院时间，取得了满意的效果 |
