宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的疗效分析

目的：探讨宫颈环形电切术（LEEP术）治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析2006年1月～2007年12月在我院妇科门诊接受LEEP术治疗的256例CIN患者的临床资料,对患者术中、术后的相关数据进行统计分析。结果：患者手术平均时间为12.5min,术中出血量平均为15.6ml,17例术后病检切缘阳性,术后随访CIN治愈235例（91.80%）。结论：宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变是一种安全有效的方法,且能提供完整病理标本,减少了宫颈病变的漏诊率。

The efficacy analysis of cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Objective： To discuss the clinical value of cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）. Methods： Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 256 CIN patients who received LEEP treatment in gynaecology outpatient department in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2007 and analyzed statistically the intraoperative and postoperative data. Results： The average operation time was 12.5 min and the average blood loss was 15.6 ml. 17 cases were seized positive margin disease and 235 cases of CIN were cured （91.80%）. Conclusion： Cervical LEEP for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is safe and effective method, and can provide complete pathological specimens, reduce the rate of misdiagnosis of cervical pathological changes.
