| 摘 要： | 采用脑立体定向手术治疗１８例患者，其中帕金森氏综合症９例，颅内金属异物７例，松果体区肿瘤２例，分别采用脑立体定向ＶＬ核射频毁损术、定向异物摘除术和定向肿瘤活检术。手术操作均获成功并取得满意疗效。无严重并发症和死亡。并介绍了脑立体定向技术的临床应用体会。

| Abstract: | Eighteen patients treated by stereotactic operation were reported. Among them 9 were with Parkinsonian Syndrome,7 were with intracranial foreign bodies,and 2 were with tumor in the pineal region. They were treated by brain stereotaxic radio frequency (RF) destruction of the nucleus ventrolateralis (VL), stereotaxic removal of intracranial foreign bodies, and stereotaxic biopsy of brain tumors. All of the surgical procedures were successful and the results were satisfactory. There was no death nor serious complication found.The clinical application of brain stereotaxic technique and the arthor's experience have been discussed. |
