清肺消炎丸治疗社区获得性肺炎60例临床观察

目的]观察清肺消炎丸治疗社区获得性肺炎(CAP)证属(风温病肺热炽盛证)的临床疗效。方法]将60例确诊的CAP患者随机分成两组,即治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用清肺消炎丸。比较两组治疗10 d后的疗效、临床症状及体征明显缓解或基本正常的时间,对比两组入组当日和观察结束时的白细胞总数(WBC),中性粒细胞百分比(N%),C反应蛋白(CRP)等化验指标和治疗10 d后两组胸片感染灶吸收情况。结果]治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为90%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组在发热、咳嗽、咳痰等症状及肺部湿啰音明显缓解或基本正常的时间较对照组显著缩短;治疗前后血CRP的改善,治疗组比对照组更明显,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P0.05);但治疗前后WBC、N%的改善及治疗10 d后胸片感染灶吸收情况,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]清肺消炎丸联合西药治疗社区获得性肺炎(风温病,肺热炽盛证)疗效显著。

Clinical observation on 60 clinical cases of Qingfei anti-inflammatory pills in treatment of community-acquired pneumonia

Objective] Observation on Qingfei anti-inflammatory pills in treatment of community-acquired pneumonia(Wind-Warm syndrome, pulmonary syndrome of heat rising). Methods] The 60 CAP diagnosed patients were randomly divided into two groups, that treatment andcontrast for 30 patients, and all were given Western medicine treatment, in addition. Qingfei anti-inflammatory pills were provided for treatment group. Ten days later, observe the length of time for clinical symptoms and signs lasting or resuming normal, and compare testing indicators of total number of WBC, N%, CRP and absorption of chest infection between two groups before and after treatment. Results] Total effective rate of treatment group was 96%, while contract group was 90%, so the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05). For the fever, cough, cough phlegm, lung wet rales disappearance time, treatment group was notably shorter, and had significant improvement on CRP, which 10 days later of therapy. The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). But for WBC, N% and absorption of lesion indicated by X-Ray the improvement was similar(P>0.05). Conclusion] Qingfei anti-inflammatory pills combined with Western medicine in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia (Wind-Warm syndrome, pulmonary syndrome of heat rising) had remarkable effect.
