| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾取石术后出血患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2009年2月至2011年12月在嘉兴第二医院泌尿外科治疗的6例肾取石术后出血患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗。结果 6例患者均一次性治愈,术后5～7d痊愈出院。结论加强心理护理,术后严格卧床及患肢制动,严密观察生命体征、引流液和患肢血循环,是预防并发症和治疗成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing methods of renal artery embolization tor hemorrhage Iol- lowing kidney stone removol surgery. Methods From February 2009 to December 2011, the clinical data of six patients with postoperative hemorrhage after kidney stone removol surgery were analyzed retrospec- tively. All the patients underwent superselective renal artery embolization. Results Six patients were cured and discharged 5-7 days after surgery. Conclusion Enhancing mental nursing, being strictly confined to bed, breaking affected limbs, rigorous observation on vital signs, drainage and blood circulation of affected limbs are the key points for preventing complications and successful treatment. |
