| 摘 要： | 目的:了解本地区STD门诊患者支原体感染及其对多种抗生素的耐药变化情况。方法:应用支原体试剂盒,对2006年1824例和2008年2480例患者进行检测。结果:女性感染明显高于男性;解脲支原体(UU)感染占支原体阳性81.85%,占主要地位;支原体对9种抗生素耐药率全部上升,均大于10%。结论:支原体对抗生素耐药逐年上升;对支原体感染者,应根据药敏试验结果合理使用抗生素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate mycoplasma infection and drug resistance in out patients with STD in the local area.Methods:The mycoplasma kits were used and 1824 specimens of the patients in 2006 and 2480 specimens in 2008 were collected,cultured and tested for drug sensitivity.Results:The infection rate of female was higher than that of male.The positive rate of ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) in mycoplasma infection was 81.85% and it holds important position.The drug resistance rates of Mycoplasma to 9 antibiotics w... |
