中药现代化进展及存在问题

本文从中药农业、中药工业、中药商业和中药知识产权等4个方面概述了中药产业的现状。作者认为：中药材生产在建立GAP基地,保证药材的质量的同时,应采用先进的生物工程技术开辟中药材生产的新模式;中药工业应引入先进制剂技术中药,以生产出“三效”、“三小”、“五方便”的现代中药;药材专业市场的规范管理应发挥更大的作用,中药商业应实行代理制模式积极开拓国际市场;中药企业的知识产权保护,应从专利、商标、著作权等多方位着于,构建中药知识产权的立体保护体系。

Progress and Existing Problems in Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine

This article summarizes the status quo of the industry of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the four areas of TCM agriculture, TCM industry, TCM business and the intellectual property right of TCM. The author of this article holds that advanced bio - engineering techniques should be used to develop new modes of production of Chinese medicinal materials while the establishment of GAP bases is advocated so as to guarantee the quality of medicinal materials; high and new technologies related to the modernization of TCM should be actively spread and applied in the industry of Chinese medicine, introducing advanced pharmaceutical techniques into the production of TCM preparations in order to turn out such modern Chinese drugs as with "three kinds of effects", "three small types and "convenience in five aspects ; the normalized management of the markets of medicinal materials should be brought into greater play and the mode of agent system in TCM business be put into practice, and an international market for TCM be opened up with best effort; the protection of intellectual property right of TCM enterprises should begin with various aspects, such as the right of patent and trade mark as well as copyright, so as to sep up a sterio - system in the protection of TCM intellectual property right.
