护士观察量表对住院精神分裂症病人的评定

目的 对男女精神病病人实施有针对性的心身护理,提高住院病人的生活质量,最大限度地帮助病人恢复社会功能。方法 应用护士观察量表（NOSIE）对72例精神分裂症病人进行观察和评定,比较男女病人住院各阶段的NOSIE评分。结果 男女病人的社会能力、社会兴趣、个人卫生、精神病理表现、退缩因子分及总积极、消极分在不同住院阶段表现出不同程度的差异。结论 女病人的护理问题更为突出,更需要护理人员的照顾和帮助。

Assessment of In-patients with Schizophrenia by NOSIE

Objective Individualized mental nursing was performed on the schizophrenia patients to improve their quality of living and help them recover social function. Methods By using NOSIE, 72 in patients with schizophrenia were observed and assessed. The NOSIE scores of the patients at different stages of hospitalization were compared. Results The social ability, social interesting, personal health, phathology, recessive factor score and total active and inactive scores showed different differences between male and female at varied stages of hospitalization. Conclusion The nursing care of female schizophrenia patients was more difficult, needing more care and help from nurses.
