原发泌尿道肿瘤MR影像诊断价值

目的总结泌尿道原发肿瘤MR影像诊断价值。方法回顾性总结经证实的泌尿道原发肿瘤41例,共53个瘤灶,多发占22．0％(9／41),其中移行细胞癌占90．6％(48／53)。常规快速自旋回波序列(TSE)T1WI、T2WI扫描,包括重T2WI泌尿道水成像(MRU),分析瘤灶MR等影像特征。结果肿瘤分布于肾孟26．4％(14／53)、榆尿管28．3％(15／53)和膀胱45.3％(24／53))。瘤灶大多TIWI、T2WI均为中等信号强度,表现与器官壁相连的腔内充盈缺损及梗阻以上泌尿道集合系统积水。远处转移32．1％(17／53)。结论MR泌尿系统成像在显示泌尿道肿瘤特征方面具有效率高、定位准确和安全无创等重要价值,是常规检查重要补充手段.

Diagnostic value in primary carcinoma of urinary tract with MR imaging

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value in primary carcinoma of urinary tract with MR imaging. Methods 41 patients with 53 primary carcinoma lesions, multicentric lesions were 22.0%(9/41),which were been in urinary tract, most of them(90.6% 48/53)were transitional cell carcinoma. Postprocedure processing was performed with routine T1WI, T2WI(FSE)and heavily T2WI MR urography(MRU). Results They were been in renal pelvis26.4% (14/53) ,ureter28.3% (15/53) and bladder45.3% (24/53). Most were middle signal intensity, intraluminal filling defect connecting the wall,and dilatation of the collecting system above the lesion area, metastatses 32.1 %(17/53). Conclusion It has an important value in highly efficient, accurate location, safe, noninvasive and so on with MR imaging, which can be used to show the features of carcinoma in urinary tract, and to be a good alternative in making the routine diagnosis.
