双密达莫联合利巴韦林治疗疱疹性咽峡炎130例临床分析

目的探讨双密达莫联合利巴韦林治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法将256例疱疹性咽峡炎的患儿随机分为观察组130例和对照组126例。观察组给予双密达莫(3～5)mg/(kg.d)、利巴韦林(5～10)mg/(kg.d),均分3次口服;对照组给予更昔洛韦5mg/(kg.d)和抗生素静脉点滴。两组均予常规退热、补充维生素等治疗。结果观察组总有效率为96.15%,对照组为94.44%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论双密达莫联合利巴韦林治疗疱疹性咽峡炎用药方便,不良反应少,临床疗效好。

Dipyridamole Combined with Ribavirin Treatment of Berpes of 130 Cases of Angina Clinical Analysis

Objective To investigate the dipyridamole combined with ribavirin treatment of herpetic angina clinical effect. Methods 256 cases of herpes angina were randomly divided into two groups of 130 cases and 126 cases of the control group. Observation group received dipyridamole （3-5）mg/（k· d）, ribavirin （5-10）mg/（kg· d）, both orally in three installments; control group was given intravenous gancielovir 5mg/（kg＂ d） and antibiotics. Routine fever in both groups, vitamin supplements and other treatment. Results The observation group,the total effective rate was 96.15%,94.44% in the control group,no difference between the two groups was significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion dipyri- damole combined with ribavrin treatment of herpetic angina, medication convenience, fewer adverse reactions and clinical efficacy of good.
