激光联合中药治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的临床观察

目的探讨激光光凝联合健脾利水中药治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的疗效。方法将47例糖尿病黄斑水肿患者(82只眼)随机分为观察组23例和对照组24例,两组均予激光光凝,而观察组在激光后再用健脾利水中药治疗,比较治疗后视力及水肿消退的情况。结果观察组视力提高及黄斑区水肿消退者35眼(89.7%),对照组有32眼(74.4%),观察组视力提高及黄斑区水肿消退优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论激光联合健脾利水中药是治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿较好的方法。

Laser combined with Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment of diabetic macular edema

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laser combined with Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment of diabetic macular edema.Methods Forty seven patients(82 eyes) with diabetic macular edema,were divided into observation group and control group.After both two groups received the improve macular zone grid photocoagulation,the observation group was given the Chinese traditional madicine treatment.Eyesight and edema disappearance after treatment were compared in two groups.Results The total effectiveness of the vision improvement and macular edema in control group was 74%,while the observation group was 89%.It was obvious that the observation group was prior to the control group in the situation of the vision inprovement and macular edema disappeared(P<0.05).Conclusion It is an effective therapy for the diabetic macular edema by laser combined with Chinese ttaditional medicine.
