| 摘 要： | 目的了解肿瘤专科医院医院感染现状及抗菌药物使用情况,为预防与控制医院感染提供科学依据。方法制作调查计划书,以专职人员为主,临床医院感染管理小组人员配合,床旁调查与病历调查相结合,将所有调查结果进行统计、分析。结果调查住院患者739例,医院感染现患率1.08%,例次现患率1.22%;以下呼吸道感染为主(33.34%),其次为上呼吸道感染、手术切口感染、肠道感染、胆道感染、血液感染、口腔感染,各占11.11%;日抗菌药物使用率22.60%,一联用药35.93%、二联用药53.89%、三联用药10.78%。结论医院感染现患率调查方法简单、结果可靠,可基本反映医院感染情况;进一步加强抗菌药物使用的管理,有效地预防与控制医院感染的发生。
