颧弓的测量及面部美学意义

目的：测量成人颧弓深度、颧弓长度及左右两侧颧弓的间距并进行相关分析，以期在活体上通过测量颧弓的间距来推算颧弓深度、颧弓长度，为临床美容矫治术及植入体的制作提供相关资料。方法：经福尔马林固定、颜面骨正常的成人男性、女性尸体各50具，按《人体测量方法》，用游标卡尺直接测量颧弓深度、颧弓长度及左右两侧颧弓的间距。结果：颧弓深度、颧弓长度与两侧颧弓间距的相关系数分别是：颧弓深度为0．875(P=0.001)，颧弓长度为0．793(P=0．001)，颧弓深度、长度左、右无明显差别。结论：临床活体采用测量左右两侧颧弓的间距来推算颧弓深度、颧弓长度具有显著性意义。

Survey of zygomatic arch and significance about cosmetology

Objective By measuring the bigonial breadth,the length and deoth of the zygomatic arch and the distance between the right zygomatic arch and the left zygomatic arch,of 50 male adult and 50 female adult corpses and analyzing their Correlation, the authors attempted to measure only the distance between the right zygomatic arch and the left zygomatic arch calculate the depth and length of the zygomatic arch so that interrelated information be provided for the facial Cosmetic Surgery and the making of the Compound Units. Methods Acccording to the Surveying Method of the Human Being,the bigonial bredth,the Iength and depth of zygomatic arch and the thickness of the mandibular angle are measured with a viiner Calliper from 50 male adult and 50 female adult Corpses with formalin fixed and with normal facil bones. Results The length and the depth of the zugomatic arch have positive correlations with the distance between the right zygomatic arch and the left zygomatic arch .The correlation coefficients are as follows: the length of the zygomatic arch 0.875 (P =0.001); the depth of the zygomatic arch 0.793 (P =0 001). Conclusion It is applicable that the length and depth of the zygomatic arch, the thickness of the mandibular angle can be calculated by means of the measurement of the distance between the right zygomatic arch and the left zygomatic arch.
