单核细胞趋化蛋白1与肺部疾病

大部分肺部疾病的发生机制十分复杂,目前认为其病变的发生与发展是趋化因子、细胞因子和活性代谢产物等综合作用的结果。单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)是一种分泌型单链蛋白质,为趋化因子家族成员之一。目前的研究已经表明,MCP-1在肺损伤、肺血栓、肺纤维化、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺部肿瘤、肺结核等肺部疾病中发挥重大作用。现就其特点、功能及与这些肺部疾病的关系予以综述。

Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1 and Pulmonary Diseases

The mechanisms of most pulmonary diseases are very complicated,and their occurrence and development were thought to be the results from joint effects of chemokines,cytokines,active metabolite.Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)is a secretory single stranded protein,which is a member of C-C chemokine family.Recent studies have shown that MCP-1 plays a great role in some pulmonary diseases such as:actue lung injury,pulmonary embolism,pulmonary fibrosis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculosis and so on.Here is to make a review on its features,functions and correlation with the pulmonary diseases.
