合肥市3860例妊娠中、晚期孕妇全血微量元素检测结果分析

摘    要:目的了解合肥地区孕妇全血微量元素水平,为合理补充微量元素和孕期指导提供科学依据。方法以原子吸收光谱法测定3860例于安徽医科大学第一附属医院绩溪路门诊部产检的中、晚期孕妇血中铜、锌、钙、镁、铁5种微量元素的含量,以体检中心50例非孕期育龄女性作为对照组,分析比较各组间的微量元素含量差异,并与已发表的其他地区相关文献的检测结果进行比较。结果全部3860例孕妇血微量元素水平检测值高于正常参考区间者占0.05%;低于正常参考区间者占25.60%,其中锌占1.74%、钙占3.47%、镁占0.05%、铁20.34%。孕妇组血铜、锌水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血镁、铁水平显著低于对照组(P<0.001),血钙水平组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);与对照组比较,妊娠中、晚期血铜水平均显著升高(P<0.05),妊娠中期血镁、铁水平显著降低(P<0.05),妊娠晚期血锌水平显著升高(P<0.05)而血镁、铁水平显著降低(P<0.05)。与相关文献报道比较,本次检测结果显示孕妇血铜、锌、钙、镁水平基本正常,血铁水平随孕周增加有明显缺乏。结论合肥市城区内孕妇5种微量元素缺乏情况并不严重,除铁随孕周增加有相当程度缺乏外,其他元素基本不缺乏,与相关文献报道的地区基本一致;妊娠期间仍需重视铁元素补充,其他元素可选择合理食补;孕期有必要定期检测5种微量元素。

Abstract:Objective:To detect whole blood microelement content of pregnant women in Hefei area,and to provide scientific basis for reasonably supplementing microelement.Methods:A total of 3860 pregnant women in the second or third trimester and 50 women of childbearing age without pregnancy who attended physical examination were collected in Jixi clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.Atomic absorption spectrometry was used to measure the content of Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg and Fe.The difference of microelement content was compared and analyzed among the groups,and compared with the results of other published literatures.Results:In 3860 pregnant women,the pregnant women’s blood microelement content were higher than the normal reference interval accounted for 0.05%,while those lower than the normal reference interval accounted for 25.60%.Zn deficiency accounts for 1.74%,Ca for 3.47%,Mg for 0.05%and Fe for 20.34%.The contents of Cu and Zn in pregnant group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The contents of Mg and Fe were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The content of Ca was not significantly different(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the content of Cu in the women with second or third trimester was increased significantly(P<0.05).The contents of Mg and Fe in the second trimester were significantly decreased(P<0.05).In the third trimester,the content of Zn was significantly increased(P<0.05),but the contents of Mg and Fe were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with other relevant reports,our research indicates that the contents of Cu,Zn,Ca and Mg were basically normal,and the content of Fe was significantly decreased with the gestational age.Conclusions:Our research indicates that the deficiency of 5 microelements in Hefei is not serious.Except that the content of Fe is lacking significantly as pregnancy progressing,other elements are not lacking basically,and this is consistent with other literatures.It is still necessary to pay attention to Fe supplementation during pregnancy,and other microelements can choose reasonable food supplementation.It is necessary to regularly test 5 microelements during pregnancy.
