天津市7～18岁儿童青少年体质量超标和肥胖流行现状调查

目的分析天津市7～18岁儿童青少年体质量超标和肥胖检出率及分布特征。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法从天津市区以及周边县区选取5所中小学共2 351名学生,对其进行体格检查和问卷调查,分别采用中国肥胖问题工作组儿童青少年体质指数标准(WGOC标准)、美国国立卫生统计中心/美国疾病预防控制中心(NCHS/CDC)标准和国际肥胖工作组标准(IOTF标准)计算体质量超标和肥胖检出率。结果天津市7~18岁儿童青少年体质量超标和肥胖检出率分别为13.1%和13.5%(WGOC标准),13.0%和13.0%(NCHS/CDC标准),16.0%和11.2%(IOTF标准)。男性高于女性,城市高于农村。结论天津市约有1/4的7~18岁儿童青少年体质量超标或肥胖,居国内较高水平。

Prevalence of overweight and obesity among children and adolescents aged 7 to 18 years in Tianjin City

Objective To understand the detection rate and distribution characteristics of overweight and obesity among teenagers(7~18 years old) in Tianjin City,China.Methods Five primary or secondary schools were selected by using multi-staged stratified cluster random sampling method in rural or urban area of Tianjin City.The data were collected from all recruited students by using physical examinations and questionnaires.The situation of obesity and overweight was assessed according to the Working Group on Obesity in China(WGOC),National Center for Health Statistics/Disease Prevention and Control Center(NCHS/CDC) and International Obesity Task Force(IOTF),respectively.Results The detection rate of overweight and obesity were 13.1% and 13.5%(WGOC),13.0% and 13.0%(NCHS/CDC),16.0% and 11.2%(IOTF),respectively.The overweight and obesity were more common among the male or teenagers of urban area compared to those among the female or teenagers of rural area.Conclusions About one forth teenagers in Tianjin were overweight or obese which are higher than the average level of China.
