986名医学生考前焦虑状况调查

目的了解某医学院校大学生考前焦虑状况,分析其影响因素,为医学生的心理疏导提供参考依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS),在考前2周内对某高校医学院中4个不同专业的1~3年级986名学生进行问卷调查。结果调查医学生考前焦虑的发生率为22.2%,焦虑平均得分42.10±9.33。单因素分析发现:父亲的文化程度、家庭月收入、父母的期望、年级、目前专业的喜爱程度、在校兼职情况、考试排名、考试态度、家庭幸福感、身体状况、自信度、睡眠质量等因素与大学生考前焦虑有关。多因素Logistic逐步回归分析显示,父母期望、兼职情况和自信程度为危险因子,而睡眠情况为保护因子。结论医学院校学生存在一定的考前焦虑状况,并且受到的影响因素是多方面的,应给予足够的重视。

Investigation of pre-exam nerves among 986 medical college students

Objective To understand the status of pre-exam nerves and its influencing factors among medical college students,so as to provide the evidence for psychological counseling.Methods The investigation including the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) was conducted two weeks before the exam,and 986 students from 1-3 grades and four majors were enrolled in this study.Results The incidence of pre-exam nerves was 22.2%,and the mean scores of SAS was 42.10±9.33.The univariate analysis showed that father’s educational level,family monthly income,parental expectations,grade,major like or not,school part-time,examination ranking,attitude toward examination,family happiness,health,confidence,and sleep quality were related to pre-exam anxiety.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that parental expectations,part-time and self-confidence were risk factors,and sleep as a protective factor.Conclusions The medical college students have certain pre-exam nerves,which are affected by many factors,so we should pay an enough attention.
