上海市嘉定区中学生健康知识和行为现况调查

目的了解上海市嘉定区中学健康知识和健康行为状况,为更好的开展针对中学生的健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,抽取了上海市嘉定区4所中学高一年级全体学生进行问卷调查,共调查1 348名学生,其中男643人,女705人。结果中学生总体健康知识知晓率为76.3%,其中男生为75.1%、女生为77.4%,且差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.163,P<0.001);中学生总体健康行为形成率为70.6%,其中男生为69.9%、女生为71.2%,且差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.536,P=0.019)。结论应进一步加强中学生健康教育工作,尤其是针对男生,提高中学生的健康知识水平,促进健康行为的形成。

Investigation on health-related knowledge and health-related behavior among middle school students of Jiading District,Shanghai

Objective To understand the status of health-related knowledge and health-related behavior in middle school students of Jiading District,so as to provide the evidence for developing health education program.Methods A total of 1 348 students(male 643 and female 705) were selected by using the cluster sampling method,and surveyed by questionnaire from 4 schools in Jiading District,Shanghai.Results The awareness rate of the general health-related knowledge was 77.6%(male 75.1% and female 77.4%,χ2=21.163,P<0.001),and the formation rate of health-related behavior was 70.6%(male 69.9% and female 71.2%,χ2=5.536,P=0.019).Conclusions It is necessary to further develop health education program for improving health knowledge level and promoting the formation of health behavior among middle school students,especially in male students.
