上海闵行区流动小学生健康行为与卫生习惯

目的了解流动小学生健康相关行为与卫生习惯现状,为提出针对性的干预措施提供科学依据。方法自拟调查问卷,对上海市闵行区所有流动小学生进行问卷调查。结果共调查小学生25 602名,65.4%的学生作业时间超标,98.6%的学生睡眠时间不达标,96.0%的学生在过去1周内至少1 d不吃早餐,学习压力过大和人际交往压力大的学生分别占63.7%和34.7%,课外活动以户外为主的学生占20.0%,同时存在众多的不良卫生习惯。结论流动小学生存在众多影响健康的不良行为。应开展有针对性的健康干预,实现流动儿童的健康行为不断改善和健康水平的不断提升。

Health behavior and habits of migrant children in primary school in Minhang District,Shanghai

Objective To know the distribution of healthy/hazardous behavior of migrant children in primary school in Minhang District in Shanghai and to find out the scientific evidence and orientation of further pertinent intervention.Methods To investigate all the migrant children in primary school Minhang District by self-completed questionnaire.Results Among 25 602 migrant children in primary school,65.4% students had overtime homework,98.6% did not have normal sleep time duration,96.0% had skipped breakfast at least once over the last week,63.7% and 34.7% had over pressure on studying and interpersonal communication correspondingly,meanwhile,the students had a lot of bad health habits.Conclusion Migrant children in primary school have a lot of health risk behaviors;Different departments should cooperate and give pertinent intervention to aim at primary school migrant children’s hazardous behavior,and increase the healthy behavior and health level.
