| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨甘麦大枣汤对脑卒中后抑郁症的疗效。方法:90例脑卒中后抑郁症患者随机分为甘麦大枣汤组,黛力新组和对照组。结果:治疗前后密尔顿抑郁量(HAMD)评分和神经功能缺损评分(NFDS)比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗前后脑卒中后抑郁症的抗抑郁疗效及神经功能疗效比较,差异也均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:甘麦大枣汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁症有明显的疗效,且可能促进脑卒中神经功能的恢复。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of ganmaidazaotang in treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:90 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into ganmaidazaotang and deanxit group and control group.post-Stroke treatment are contrast.Results:Hamiliton rating scores for depression(HAMD) and neurological function defect scores(NFDS) between before and after treatment contrast are significance difference(P<0.01).The efficacy of anti-depression and neurological function between before and after treatment contrast are significance difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Ganmaidazaotang improve post-stroke depression remarkably and is helpful for the recover of neurologicao function. |
