自拟葛红芎芷汤联合药渣枕治疗颈椎病型头痛82例

[目的]观察自拟葛红芎芷汤联合药渣枕治疗颈椎病型头痛疗效。[方法]对82例门诊患者使用自拟葛红芎芷汤(葛根50g,红花、川芎各10g,白芷15g,羌活20g,防风、白芍、当归各15g,牛膝、桃仁各10g,鸡血藤、伸筋草各30g)1剂/d,水煎服,2次/d。药渣晾干后装入枕头中,睡觉时枕在颈后部。连续治疗10d为1疗程。连续治疗3疗程(10d),判定疗效。[结果]治愈78例,好转4例,无效4例,有效率95.12%。[结论]葛红芎芷汤联合药渣枕治疗颈椎病型头痛疗效满意。

Ge Hong Xiong Zhi Decoction combined Gruffs Pillow Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis-type Headache of 82 cases

[Objective]To observe the treatment of cervical spondylosis Headache Ge Hong Xiong Zhi decoction combined gruffs pillow.[Method]82 cases of outpatient use of Ge Hong Xiong,Zhi decoction(the Gegen 50g,Honghua,Chuanxiong the each 10g Baizhi 15g Qianghuo 20g Fangfeng,Baishao Danggui the each 15g,Niuxi Taoren the each 10g Jixueteng,Shenjincao each 30g) 1/day,decoction,2 times/day.Gruffs dry into the pillows and pillow when sleeping in the back of the neck.Continuous treatment for 10 days course of treatment.Continuous treatment regimen(10 days) to determine efficacy.[Results]78 cases cured,improved in 4 cases,4 cases,the efficiency of 95.12%.[Conclusion]Ge Hong Xiong Zhi decoction combined gruffs pillow satisfactory outcome of treatment of cervical disease type headache.
