化痰降脂活血中药治疗高脂血症临床研究

目的:探讨化痰降脂活血中药治疗高脂血症临床疗效。方法:将120例高脂血症患者随机分为两组,每组60例,两组患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义,治疗组采用化痰降脂活血中药治疗,对照组采用辛伐他汀片口服治疗,比较两组治疗的总有效率,统计并比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后血脂各项指标和血液流变学指标。结果:两组患者有效率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C较治疗前降低(P<0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组TG、LDL-C降低明显(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后HDL-C较治疗前升高(P<0.05),与对照组比较治疗组升高明显(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血液流变学各项指标与治疗前比较明显改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者用药期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:化痰降脂活血中药治疗高脂血症,疗效确切,并且安全性高,可在临床推广应用。

Clinical study on treating hyperlipidemia in TCM

Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect on treating hyperlipidemia with TCM Huatan Jiangzhi Huoxue recipe. Methods： 120 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group, compared the difference of the general data of patients in the two groups, there was no statistically significant, the patients in the treated group were given TCM Huatan Jiangzhi Huoxue recipe, and the patients in the control group took simvastatin tablets, the total effective rate of treatment was compared between the two groups, blood lipid and blood rheology indexes of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were counted and compared. Results： Compared the total efficient between the two groups, there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）; After treatment, TC, TC~ LDL-C of patients between two groups was lower than that before treatment （P〈0.05）, compared with the control group, TG~ LDL-C of the treatment group decreased obviously （P〈0.05）, after treatment, HDL-C of the patients in both groups increased （P〈0.05）, the treatment group increased more significantly compared with the control group （P〈0.05）; Blood lipid and blood rheology indexes of patients in the treatment group improved obviously （P〈0.05） compared with that before treatment, compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no serious adverse events occurred during the medication. Conclusion： It has the exact curative effect, and high safety to treat hyperlipidemia with TCM Huatan Jiangzhi Huoxue recipe, it can be popularized in clinical application.
