稳心颗粒治疗慢性心衰合并频发室早的疗效观察

目的:观察稳心颗粒对慢性心衰合并频发室性早搏患者的室早疗效及症状改善的影响。方法:将入选40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者各为20例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用稳心颗粒口服治疗,对照组则仅给予常规药物治疗,两组患者的疗程均为8周。观察两组患者治疗前后24h动态心电图的结果,并详细记录患者疗前疗后症状的变化。结果:治疗组室早疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后临床症状综合积分较疗前均有改善,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒用于慢性心衰并频发室早的治疗,可明显减少患者的室早总数,并有效改善患者症状,提高患者的生存质量。

Effect observation on treating chronic heart failure and frequent premature ventricular contractions with Wenxin granule

Objective： To observe the effect and symptoms improvement of Wenxin granule on treating chronic heart failure and frequent premature ventricular contractions. Methods： 40 patients were selected randomly divided into treated group and control group, 20 cases for each. The control group was given the normal therapy, while the treated was given the Wenxin granule more. two groups of patients with a course of eight weeks. Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram results and detailed records of the.patient changes in symptoms before and after treatment. Results： Efficacy of the treated group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The clinical symptoms before and after treatment of the treated group was higher than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Wenxin granule for chronic heart failure and frequent ventricular premature treatment can significantly reduce the total number of patients with PVCs, and effectively improve symptoms and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
