中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床效果观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法：选择良挂咳嗽病史6年以上，症状以刺激性干咳为主，夜间咳嗽较剧，肺部听诊及X线摄片无异常，排除咽炎、慢性支气管炎、支气管肿瘤等疾病引起的咳嗽，年龄为23-73岁初诊为咳嗽变变异性哮喘病例80例，随机分为观察组与对照组各40例；观察组穴位注射加口服索茶碱片、盐酸左西利嗪片、顺尔宁片，对照组采用口服索荼碱片、盐酸左西利嗪片、顺尔宁片，比较两组治疗20d后的疗效。结果：治疗20d后，观察组有效率为92．5％，对照组为72．4%两组比较，差异均非常显著（P〈0．01）。结论：中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床效果较好。

Clinical observation on treating cough variant asthma in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine. Methods： Choosing history of chronic cough for more than 6 years, irritating cough as the main symptoms, nighttime cough is severe, lung auscultation and X-ray radiography without exception, exclude pharyngitis, chronic bronchitis, bronchial tumor caused by diseases such as cough, age is 23 -73 years old, to begin to cough variant asthma of 80 cases, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （n=40）; Observation group was given point injection and oral theophylline tablets and cetirizine hydrochloride tablets, singulair pills, the control group was treated with oral theophylline tablets and cetirizine hydrochloride tablets, singulair pills. Treatment in 20 days compared two groups of curative effect. Results： Treatment for 20 days later, the efficiency rate of the observation group was 92.5%, and was 72.4% of the control group, two groups of comparison, and the differences were very significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine is effective on treating cough variant asthma.
