慢性浅表性胃炎证候分布的研究

目的：探讨慢性浅表性胃炎中医证候及其分类证候症状分布规律。方法：采用流行病学的调查方法，首先根据文献确定观察的证候和症状，然后设计统一表格进行。结果：960例慢性浅表性胃炎中医证候的出现频率分别为肝胃不和证490例（51．0％）、肝郁脾虚证180例（18．8％）、脾胃虚弱证112例（11．7％）、脾胃湿热证98例（10．2％）、胃阴不足证80例（8．3％）；不同的分类证候症状出现频次各不相同。结论：与传统相比，慢性浅表性胃炎证候分布发生了变迁，以肝郁相关证候最为常见；分类证候症状出现频次各有不同模式特点，症状谱则与肝脾关系最为密切。

Study on Distribution Disciplines of Syndromes in Chronic Gastritis

Objective: To discuss the distribution disciplines of TCM syndromes and their classified symptoms of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods: By epidemiology ascertainment methods,we first determined the syndromes and symptoms to be observed,which was based on literature,and then designed a unified form for execution.Results: In 960 cases of chronic superficial gastritis,the frequencies of occurrence of different TCM syndromes were: 51.0% incoordination between the liver and stomach,18.8% stagnation of liver-qi with deficiency of the spleen,11.7% weakness of the spleen and stomach,10.2% dampness-heat of spleen and stomach and 8.3% asthenic fluid in stomach.And frequencies of occurrence of symptoms in different syndromes varied.Conclusion: The distribution disciplines of chronic superficial gastritis syndromes differed from the traditional believed ones,with Liver Stagnation related syndromes most common.There are different features in the patterns of symptoms occurrence frequencies in different syndromes.And the relationship between liver and spleen was the most intimate with the symptoms spectrum.
